Collection Management Standing Arrangement

For collectors who retain A2Z Valuers on an ongoing collection management basis, the relationship is formalised through an annual retainer.

01

Periodic Collection Revaluation

Regular review and revaluation of the collection so that values remain aligned with current art market conditions.

02

New Acquisition Documentation

New acquisitions can be documented when notified, creating a current record for valuation, provenance, condition, and cost basis.

03

Purpose-Specific Certificates

Availability for specific income tax, estate, donation, insurance, and other appraisal requirements arising during the year.

04

One Continuous Documentation System

The retainer keeps the collection’s documentation current without requiring the collector to restart the engagement for every new certificate.
