PROFESSIONAL APPRAISAL DOCUMENTATION

Appraisal Report Format — The Right Format for the Right Purpose

A professional Government Approved Art Appraisal must be documented in a format appropriate to its purpose. A2Z Valuers structures each report so that the valuation, supporting evidence, identification details, and certification are presented clearly for the intended institutional, taxation, insurance, estate, or transaction requirement.

01 SINGLE WORK

Insurance Collection Schedule

For insurance purposes, each work in the collection is listed in a structured table designed around the requirements of the insurance company's fine art floater policy.

The schedule provides a concise reference for identifying every insured work and its current replacement cost, supported by the underlying documentation and photographs.
